Explore Bali’s best Nightlife around Kima Camps
Of course, Bali is THE island to go surfing. But besides the incredibly beautiful scenery and culture you can explore, Bali also has become recognized as a popular place for a diverse nightlife with many great beach bars and nightclubs. Either if you are looking for an extravagant night out with fancy drinks and famous DJs or for a more laid-back place and chilled vibes, Bali offers a rich mix of bars and clubs that stay open until late.
In general, you can party in Bali 7 days a week, 365 days a year - the party never stops. Only exception is the Balinese Day of Silence, Nyepi, a sacred Hindu holiday on the island. However, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest nights. The nightlife in Bali doesn't necessarily start at midnight, many clubs and bars open already in the early evening. Especially at the numerous beach clubs the party begins at sunset or even during the daytime. Clubs typically stay open till late, some even play music until 4 in the morning and since a night out in Bali usually means hopping from bar to bar and club to club, you’ll always find a place to stay and continue dancing.
Where to go for an epic night out in Bali?
Between Canggu and Seminyak, where two of our surf camps in Bali are located, you can find plenty of clubs, bars and restaurants and every evening you have a wide range of options to choose from.
Night out in Seminyak
The clubbing scene in Seminyak tends to be a bit classier. Here you can find high-end nightlife with eye-catching venues, rooftop bars and themed nightclubs. Dance until the wee hours on different floors to hits from the last few decades, house, techno, hip-hop and R’nB. Most of the nightclubs serve the finest drinks with high-quality wines, champagnes and vodkas.

Motel Mexicola: a trendy place to experience a Mexican fiesta first-hand, enjoy some mezcal cocktails and hit the dance floor.
Party in Canggu
Canggu is an up-and-coming area in Bali. In general, it has a more laid-back and bohemian vibe which also applies to the party scene. The nightlife in Canggu mostly starts at sunset when people head to the beach, grab their beers and chill out for the last hours of the day. Many of the go to-places in Canggu are nice seaside venues located literally on the sand. Although Wednesdays are the biggest party nights of the week, where you can find people all over the streets, in Canggu you find a party every night. Either it is a restaurant that turns into a club after the sun sets down, a beach club with international DJs playing electric house beats, beer pong competitions, live stand-up comedy or a casual bar where you can dance in the sand till late and even get free tattoos.

Old Man’s: a beachfront bar, just a stone’s throw from our Canggu Surfcamp, hosts a big beer pong competition every Wednesday and opens every day of the week.
Breathtaking cliff-top parties in Uluwatu
Uluwatu is famous for its numerous and stunning places to watch the most beautiful sunsets. But these places are also great for (day-)parties. Even though it’s a far way down it’s worth it. Chilled vibes accompanied by delicious cocktails and watching surfers ride the waves at one of Bali’s famous surf breaks while the sun sets down. If you are looking for partying in class and style you've come to the right place. Uluwatu also has high-class day clubs that welcome some of the most famous international DJs and it's all about seeing and being seen.

Insider tip: Hungry after hitting the dancefloor at Single Fin? The nearby restaurant The Place With No Name offers a delicious midnight menu from 10.30pm to 01am with truffle french fries, different kind of burgers, crispy shrimps and more. Of course you will be provided with good drinks, beers, shots and good music here as well to end up your party night.
