Move into the cobra pose, a dynamic stretch that targets your chest, shoulders, and spine. A perfect stretch to enhance your flexibility and strengthen your upper body. Crucial for paddling into the best waves.

The more flexible your legs, hips and knees are, the more balance you will have meaning longer rides on the waves.
Important note: Flexibility is key and you need to be able to breathe relaxed; if you feel tight or in pain, adjust your position accordingly.

Surfing involves a lot of paddling, which can put strain on your shoulders and upper body. Loosen up with this three-legged Downward Facing Dog Pose Variation with Stacked Knee Rotation!
Shift into a seated hip stretch and spinal twist. This combination targets your lower back, hips, and spine areas. Perfect for maintaining balance on the surfboard.

Prepare your lower body with overhead squats. This dynamic movement engages your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, contributing to better leg mobility. Focus on proper squat form, moving slowly and steadily, maximising the stretch.
