With so far 2 surf camps in Bali (Canggu and Seminyak) and 2 surf camps in Sri Lanka (Weligama and Hiriketiya) we are offering the perfect destination and accommodations for absolute beginners as well as intermediate and advanced surfers.
All our Surf Camps are modernly equipped and meet Western standards. Our mission is to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable stay with exceptional services and unforgettable Surf Adventures. We are looking for:
Surf Manager
Are you a passionate surfer with leadership skills ready to take on a new challenge? As Surf Manager, you’ll play an important role in providing our guests with unforgettable surf experiences in our camps. Lead our surf department by managing and training our team of surf guides, overseeing and improving our surf sessions, pool sessions, surf theory classes and video analysis and ensuring the highest standard of safety.

Camp Managers
Our Camp Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day of the surf camp. This includes supervising all the activities and departments in the camp to ensure standards and operating procedures are maintained, controlling and coordinating contractors during renovations and projects, keeping accurate paperwork and reports, appraising staff performance and remuneration and ensuring a safe environment.
