- If a guest checks in on or before 15 October 2026, the 30% discount applies to the entire booked stay, including any nights falling in October.
- This promotion is only available via the dedicated promotion landing page and is not valid for walk-ins, third-party platforms, OTAs or agent bookings unless otherwise stated.
- Each guest may use this offer once only. The promotion is for new bookings and cannot be used to extend an existing booking.
- The offer provides a 30% discount on the standard room rate for the full duration of the qualifying stay.
- Standard Kima Surf inclusions remain unchanged and apply as per normal booking conditions, including daily guided surf sessions and lessons, yoga, breakfast, dinner five nights a week, surf theory and video analysis, towels, bed linen and WiFi.
- The discount applies to the room rate only and does not apply to paid add-ons or additional services, including single surcharges, board rental, board insurance, Learn to Surf programmes, half board upgrades, airport transfers, cancellation insurance, spa, laundry, or additional food and beverage.
- The automatic length-of-stay discount does not apply on top of this promotion. The 30% promotional rate replaces any standard duration discount.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, package rates, agent rates, vouchers, gift cards or loyalty benefits.
- Date changes that move the check-in date outside the promotion window will void the promotional discount and the booking will revert to standard rates.
