Whale Watching in Mirissa

Mirissa is one of the best places in the world for whale watching. Join us for a memorable and ethical experience: spotting the biggest animals in the world - the blue whales. Out in the water you might be able to also spot sperm whales, dolphins, turtles and many more. Watch them swim and play in their natural habitat. The whale watching tour is one of the most exciting water activities and a must-do when you're in Sri Lanka. The best time for watching is in November to April but due to wildlife spotting can’t be 100% guaranteed.

The whale watching tour requires at least three participants for the trip to proceed. If fewer than three people sign up, the tour will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

Please note that this cultural trip is seasonal and therefore cannot always be guaranteed. In the event that we must cancel the trip on our side, a 100% refund of the cultural trip fee will be provided. In the case the trip is cancelled from your side it is subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the total trip value if cancelled after payment.
