The twin dorm rooms are located upstairs in the Colonial Homestead of the Kima Surf Sri Lanka, away from the hustle and bustle. There are two twin dorm rooms with 4 twin beds in each (no bunk beds). Each room is complete with air conditioning in the evenings and styled with tropical decor and furniture. The rooms have individual bathrooms attached, including hot-cold showers and toilets. Downstairs and though the main building are chill out areas, the camp restaurant and a pool.
